Everything NutrientOS tracks
NutrientOS tracks nutrition the way it actually affects you: calories and macros, but also micronutrients, food quality, how filling a meal is, and the training, sleep, and recovery around it. Here is every part of the app.
Logging your food
- Food diary Search, barcode scanning, saved foods, recipes, and scheduled meals, with per-meal and per-day totals.
- Meal scanner Photograph a plate and start from a draft you correct, instead of four separate searches.
- Restaurant logging Published menu nutrition, with a compare view for choosing before you order.
Understanding what you ate
- Macro tracking Protein, carbohydrate, and fat against targets derived from your goal and body data.
- Micronutrient tracking Vitamins and minerals, with unmeasured values shown as unknown rather than zero.
- Food Grade A quality signal computed from nutrition data and processing level, with reasons attached.
- Satiety An estimate of how filling a food is likely to be, so the same calories can go further.
Training, recovery, and progress
- Training and recovery A training plan, logged sessions, sleep, hydration, and supplements in one place.
- Biometrics Weight and measurements read as a trend, feeding back into your targets.
What NutrientOS deliberately does not do
It does not diagnose anything, does not give medical or dietary advice, and does not claim clinical validation. Food Grade, satiety, and glycemic-impact indicators are informational signals computed from nutrition data. They are inputs to your own judgement, and to conversations with qualified professionals.
Try it on your own food
NutrientOS runs in the browser and on iOS and Android. The free plan includes full manual tracking, Food Grade, satiety, and micronutrients.
