NutrientOS support
Email support@nutrientos.com and a human will read it. Most questions are answered below, and account, billing, and data questions usually resolve fastest with your account email included.
Contacting support
Write to support@nutrientos.com. Including the email address on your account, the platform you are using (iOS, Android, or web), and what you expected to happen will usually save a round trip.
For anything involving billing or a subscription, say which store the purchase went through — subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores, and refunds are handled under their policies rather than by NutrientOS directly.
Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store's subscription settings, not inside NutrientOS. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Request one through the store you bought from. If you were charged for something that looks wrong, email support@nutrientos.com and include the store and the date.
- A food in the database has the wrong nutrition. Can I fix it?
- Yes. You can correct a food entry in the app, and your corrections take precedence for your own diary. Records come from several sources with different provenance, which is shown on each food.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. NutrientOS includes a data export so you can take your logged history with you. It is in the app under your profile and data settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account deletion is available in the app, and the process is also described on the delete account page. Deleting removes your account and its associated data as set out in the Privacy Policy, and it cannot be undone.
- I did not receive my verification or password reset email.
- Check spam and any filtered folders first, and confirm the address matches the one on the account. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, request it again, and email support@nutrientos.com if the second attempt also fails.
- Is NutrientOS a medical service?
- No. It is a nutrition and fitness tracking application. Its outputs are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak to a qualified professional about health decisions.
