How pricing actually works
- Store pricing is authoritative. The figures above are the app’s display fallbacks. When you subscribe on iOS or Android, the price shown by the App Store or Google Play is the price you pay, and it can differ by country, currency, and local tax.
- Where you subscribe decides who bills you. In the iPhone app that is the App Store, in the Android app it is Google Play, and on the web it is Stripe. Whichever one you use sets and collects the price and handles renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its own policies. Your NutrientOS plan is attached to your account either way, so a subscription bought on the web works when you sign in on your phone.
- The free plan is not a trial. It does not expire. It includes the full food diary, barcode scanning, macros, micronutrients, Food Grade, satiety, and manual training and recovery tracking, plus a monthly allowance of AI features.
- Allowances reset monthly. AI meal scans, Coach messages, body-composition estimates, and AI recipe generation are metered per month at the levels listed on each plan above.
- Cancel where you bought. App Store subscriptions cancel in your Apple account settings, Google Play subscriptions in Google Play, and web subscriptions from the billing portal in your NutrientOS profile. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
