Training and recovery in the same place as your food

Training, sleep, hydration, and recovery live in the same app as your food, because a hard training week on five hours of sleep is a nutrition context — not a separate hobby tracked somewhere else.

What it does

NutrientOS holds a training plan and logged sessions next to sleep, hydration, and supplement tracking, so the week reads as one picture. On the plans that include it, that combined history drives weekly guidance and readiness context.

Who it is useful for

  • People running a structured programme who want fuelling to follow the training week rather than being flat across it.
  • Anyone whose progress stalled without a clear cause where the answer is often sleep or under-eating on training days rather than the programme.
  • People already tracking in three apps and losing the relationship between them by keeping them apart.

What NutrientOS shows you

  • A training plan and logged sessions, with the week visible as a whole.
  • Sleep duration, hydration, and supplement adherence alongside nutrition.
  • Training-day and rest-day fuelling context on the plans that include it.
  • Recovery and readiness context assembled from the data you have logged.

Known limitations

  • Readiness is not a physiological measurement. It is assembled from what you logged. It does not measure HRV, autonomic state, or fatigue, and it should never override how you actually feel.
  • Self-reported sleep is approximate. Time in bed is not time asleep, and neither is sleep quality.
  • It does not prescribe training. NutrientOS is not a coach and does not know your injury history, technique, or competitive calendar.

Recovery and readiness information is informational only. It is not a medical assessment, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified coach or clinician. Persistent fatigue, pain, or performance loss is a reason to see a professional.

How missing data is handled

A day without a sleep entry is a day without sleep data — not a zero-hour night. Guidance that depends on data you have not logged says so, rather than quietly computing around an absence.

How it connects to the rest of NutrientOS

Training load is one of the inputs to calorie and macro targets, and it is read alongside biometrics in weekly reviews. Nutrition, training, and recovery are stored together specifically so the connection between them is visible.

Try it on your own food

NutrientOS runs in the browser and on iOS and Android. The free plan includes full manual tracking, Food Grade, satiety, and micronutrients.
